We are looking for people who are seriously interested in looking after clients and building there own international introduction business, and are willing to invest in our business. We are also looking for former USSR agencies to work with and expand our network.

We are particularly interested in setting up agencies in Japan, German, Korea, Italy, Taiwan, Holland, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Ireland, Finland, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland.

We already have offices in USA, UK, Australia and Canada. We would also be interested in speaking to anyone from these countries who would like to work with us.

This is a Turnkey solution where we provide EVERYTHING. We create the website for you, do the daily maintaince, add new women when they become available, process all your letter delivery, translations, etc. We will even process the credit card orders for you and send you an itemized list of all your transactions at the end of each month with a check for all of your profits. In addition we register the website name (that you pick) with all of the major search engines and we host the website itself. All you have to do is write a few introduction pages about yourself, your companies mission statement, etc. and answer the daily email from your new customers.

The Turnkey business is designed by us and maintained by us so you do not have to do any physical website development or write any computer code. In addition we provide the following:

1. Constant supply of new women added to your site at no charge to you
2. New products are automatically available online for your customers
3. Processing of all credit cards and checks
4. Deletion of any addresses that are no longer available
5. A sophisticated search engine capable of doing searches for, age, height, weight, hair color, eye color, religion, number of children, occupation, etc.
6. An intelligent shopping cart system for your customers orders.
7. The Internet domain name of your choice and the website name of your choice.

Here is what you must provide:
1. Any advertising costs (we will help show you some places to begin).
2. Promotion of your website
3. Incorporation costs (if you want to have a corporation)

There are two options for investing in our business:

1. Option one:
The total cost is currently a one time $6500 setup fee. We pay you 50% of all profits.

2. Option two:
We pay the costs of setting up the buiness. Available only where we have no existing agent. We pay you 25% of all profits.

We require a $500 initial payment, no matter which option you select, to create your website and register your domain name. Once your website has been created you will be able to take a look at it and determine if it is to your liking, if it is then you will complete the balance of payment to us ($6000 with option 1, $0 with option 2), if it is not, then you will be under no further obligation to us but the initial $500 payment will be used to cover the costs of Domain name purchase, website hosting, advertising banner creation, and initial programming fees necessary to create your own unique website.

Here are some things that you can and cannot do with the above business:

You can:
1. Transfer all or part ownership to someone else as a gift or by selling it for whatever price you want.
2. If you decide you no longer want to own the business and cannot sell it then we will take it back from you and continue it's operation or close it if we prefer, however your $6500 fee will not be refunded.

You cannot:
1. Duplicate the site or the information on the site without prior written permission from us.
2. You cannot resell the information on the site to anyone else for the purpose of opening a new marriage agency under a different name.
3. You cannot give freely any information on the site to anyone without our prior written permission.
4. You cannot borrow money or pledge the website as collateral for any loan or debts, public or private.
5. You cannot promote any illegal activities from the site
