Sevastopol Tour Report - August 2001 - Mr Linton

I went to Sevastopol with little expectation. I
would have been happy to meet pleasent people and have a good holiday.
Indeed, I had expected to move on to Turkey after a short while, whereas I
stayed for four wonderful weeks. I was treated most cordially by those at
the agency and my "guide", Kataya, is a lovely person and took a great
interest in my happiness.

However ,the stars were lighting my path when I was
introduced to a beautiful ,intelligent and fun lady--the one and only
"Mermaid " of Sevastopol. Within 4 days of arriving the agency was
superfelous-though always on hand to assist if required.

The Crimea is a wonderful and unspoilt place for a
holiday. The people in Sevastopol are especially friendly and it is
untouched by the type of tourism we have in the west. It is a very
interesting area historically. It would be hard to find a city within the
old U.S.S.R  more convivial for a holiday. Maybe the person reading this
letter will be interested in meeting beautiful ladies. Walk down the main
street in the evening during "prominade time" and your eyes will be taken
out of their sockets. However "the jewel in the crown" is now my wife to
be.,so sorry my good friends.

Sevastopol is full of sophisticated educated people who by and large are 
highly respectablepeople. They would not take kindly to vulgar adventurers.
What I am saying is that there are lots of "class people " who could make 
great friends if you have the class to match theirs.
