Using our email forwarding service will save you months of time in
communicating with the women in the former USSR. This service is
available for any address in the former USSR. We will translate and post
letters to any woman that you would like to write to even if she is from
another marriage agency.
There are two methods currently available. The preferred method is to click on
the "send me a letter" button from the ladies profile page. This will
automatically add both hers and your address details to the letter, work out
the exact cost, and either bill your mail forwarding account, or allow you to
make a payment there and then. Mail accepted through this method is processed
28 to 48 hours quicker than the email method shown below. Both make use of a
mail forwarding account.
Once you have logged in, you can type your letter into the letter box. Your name
and address as well as hers is automatically added, so you don't need to type this
in the letter body.
Once you have typed your letter, there are a number of options for sending the
letter. The most important option is registered post. The postal service in
the former USSR varies in it's quality considerably. You should ensure you send
letters using only registered mail. Standard letters
cost 4 Euros each and registered mail costs 5 Euros each, just 1 Euros extra.
The next option to consider is transation. If a lady has no language ability,
or a language abiity of 1, 2 or 3, then you need to ensure the "Translate letter"
button is click and the "Translate her replies" button is clicked. Ladies with
language abilities 4 and 5 do not require translation. If you do not select
translation and the lady can not write in English (French, German etc), then
you will receive a letter written in her native language, usually Russian.
Translation is charged at 8 Euros per 650 words.
The next option allows you to pay for her replies. The ladies typically earn 200 Euros
per month, so be a gentleman and don't ask the lady to pay. If you don't wish
the lady to reply to you through our mail service, ie you'd prefer she wrote to
you directly by email or post, then make this clear in your letter. Very few
ladies have access to email or the internet in the former USSR.
Finally, there is a yes/no button which allows you to send photos with your letter.
The photo must be in JPG format and be no larger than 100K. You have six available
photo slots. Do not fill up all the slots or you will not
be able to upload new pictures. Photos cost 3 Euros if printed in color, or 1.5 Euros if
printed in black and white.
Once you have completed the letter, you are shown the total cost of the letter and
then given the option to continue or not. When you press the "Continue" the letter
is accepted for processing and email directly to the office that handles that lady
for delivery. Once a letter has been sent, you can not change it's contents, so
please ensure it is correct before you send it.
If you have not already retrieved the ladies contact details, then this will be
added to your order. If you have retrieved her contact details before, then you
are not charged again. If you are going to write to a number of ladies then
membership works out much cheaper.
When a lady wishes to reply, she can either bring her letter to whichever is her
local office, or send it there. If you have agreed to pay for her replies and
your account contains zero or insufficient funds then you are sent a "low account
notification" message, which tells you that we have a letter for processing, but
you don't have sufficient balance to pay for it. We keep letters for about two
weeks if no payment is made, before returning them to the lady so she can send
the letter by regular mail. If you keep a balance in your mail forwarding account
sufficent to process at least
one letter, then her letter is processed straight away and emailed to you.
The "low account notification" method typically adds one to two days to the
processing and delivery time for a letter, so is best avoided if possiable.
To write to a lady by email:
The second method a little slower (2-5 days vs 1-2 days) and is used only where you
wish to send the same intial letter, with translation, to
multiple ladies. The advantage of this methods, is that we charge you only once for
translation, making the initial letter writing much cheaper.
First of all, you need to have the full address of all the ladies concerned, not just her
ID number. We simply process and sent out the mail. You are responsible for ensuring the
address we send the letter to is correct. Opening a mail forwarding account does not entitle
you to retrieve the addresses of ladies on the server free of charge. To retrieve
her address and use the email forwarding service, then membership
may be a better option.
Secondly , you need to have opened a mail forwarding account with us (at the bottom of this page),
before we can process mail to/from ladies.
Instructions:
1. You type letter to lady of your choice a letter and send it to us at:

address, and ID# at the top of the
page. Under her address details, you must place your name,
address and client ID number. You get allocated a unique client ID number when you buy anything
from the site.

Please read and follow the format and instructions on this page before sending any mail for us to forward.
Letters should be sent in plain text format only, included in the body of the email, and not as a Microsoft Word
(or other Wordprocessor) attachment.
2. When we receive your letter we forward it our central mail office in Belarus, where it is translated.
3. It is then sent, by email, to our closest office to the lady concerned, who will print your letter and photo ( if you included one)
and places it in a envelope and sends the letter to it's final destination by
regular or registered postal mail. Sometimes the letters are collected personally by the ladies. It just depends on
the arrangement the lady has with the local office.
4. After the woman receives your letter she can send you a email letter as
a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home
address by regular postal mail. If the lady chooses to reply by email, which is
preferable, the costs of email forwarding and translation are billed to your account.
5. With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as
little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly). Regular postal mail will take a
minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even
longer.
6. The total cost of our Standard service is 4 Euros for a letter up to
two pages in length, and each additional page is 1 Euros.
The U.S. postal service has International Express mail but the cost is $18 to
most countries and it takes 3-5 days.
7. We also allow you to send photographs in jpg. format. To print them in
Black and White costs 1.5 Euros each, To print them in Color costs 3 Euros each with each
email letter that you send.
Picture attachments MUST be less than 100kb in size. Larger photos
will be rejected by our server. If you have problems resizing the photos, just email
them to us at office@bluesapphires.net
8. If you decide that you would like to use this service, you have to place some
funds into your account using the form below. Each time that we post a letter, for
you, we will deduct the cost from your account.
When the account is low or empty you can send us whatever
additional funds that you would like to replenish the account. If the account has
insufficient funds, mail can not be processed from either you or ladies wishing to write
to you, so we suggest you always keep a small balance available.
9. If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance
to you to be used for any of our other services. Most men find that
this is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time savings and
the poor mail service that most of the Russian postal services have to offer.
10. If you would like a letter translated from Russian to English, or English
to Russian, we can do so for a cost of 8 Euros per typed page with a one page
minimum (650 words per page), additional words are 1.5 cents each. Many ladies do not
speak English very well and must translate letters using a dictionary, so letters sent in
Russian generate far more replies than those sent in English.
11. You can send the same introduction letter to many
ladies, and will only
be charged for translation once, provided you write to all of the ladies in
the SAME email, and the letter is the SAME for each lady.
12. You will receive a receipt when the mail has been processed and posted.
We STRONGLY suggest that you send mail using ONLY registered post, as a lot of
mail, especially from foreign countries, goes missing in the Russian postal service.
Our mail is posted from inside the former USSR, so does not get opened by postal workers
looking for US dollars, as some international mail does.
Method 1 - The "send me a letter" button
To send a lady a letter, simpy go to her profile page and click on the button
that says "Send me a letter". You will now be prompted to enter you email address
and password. If you have never used our service, just enter your email adddress
and the password will be sent to you. It's very important that you enter your
email address correctly as it will be used to send you
your password and any replies the ladies send to you.Method 2 - Email
