My wife and I have a little daughter, who's godmother is a lovely young lady called Alla. Alla is currently staying with us in the UK for the next month. Webcams and Video Messaging

We're considering setting up webcams in some of our offices in the former USSR. Having done some trials, they appear to work reasonably well for those with broadband connections. They don't work well for those with modem connections I'm afraid. You need a broadband connection at both ends. However, with more and more people moving to broadband, it is a service we should consider providing.

For something like this, we'd probably bill it on a per call basis, with a call including a reasonable amount of time online. For those ladies who can't speak English well, we'd also provide a translator. We'd like some feedback from our clients as to if this is a service you might want to use? If we get enough interest, then it's a service we'll probably introduce. So if you like to make use of this, please let us know. It will cost us a fair amount to install the required broadband connections in the former USSR, so we're only likely to do this if there is a reasonable level of interest in the service.

Another alternative, would be allow the ladies an option of sending a video message, something we can do for anyone, regardless of if they have a broadband (ADSL, DSL) connection or not. In the same way as we allow the ladies to send photos, we could also allow them to send a video message. Again, if you'd like to see this sort of service provided, please let us know. Hopefully we'll be able to implement at least one of these options in the coming months.

Christmas and New Year

In the former USSR, increasingly western celebrations are being adopted by populous. I'm sure many of you will have sent a Christmas present to your lady, and for those of you dating ladies with children, I'm sure the little ones appreciated any presents you sent them. However, what many people in the west are not aware of is that, in the former USSR, they traditionally give presents at New Year, so if you didn't manage to send you lady a gift at Christmas, it's not too late, you can still send her a bunch of flowers, a teddy bear, some perfume or whatever. Just click on the 'send me a gift' button from the ladies profile page and make sure she's thinking of you this New Year.

Winter Tours

It's minus thirteen degrees in Minsk today, a constant reminder of how cold it is during the winter over there. Not surprisingly, we don't have that many clients over the winter, because most prefer to go during the summer months when it's somewhat warmer. However, for those who do come during the winter, they have a very interesting time. In the summer a lot of the ladies go off for a few weeks or sometimes a whole month for holidays, so for those clients who come during the summer, it's important to make sure you're lady will actually be in town when you're over there. However, this is not a problem at all in the winter, as the girls are all too happy to have someone come in and brighten up their lives. The former USSR, in winter, is a beautiful place, if you're only there for a holiday, with some wonderful views, and of course some of the most wonderful women found anywhere in the world. Don't let the cold weather put you off, just treat it like a ski vacation and take plenty of warm cloths, boots and a hat, and you'll be warm enough. The chances are you've been writing to her long enough now, so do something for yourself this coming New Year, go an see her, make it happen, and have someone special to share your next Christmas with.
